STORY
連載於「週刊少年JUMP」的漫畫「最強會長黑神」，是由創作了「化物語」、「偽物語」等大熱作品的西尾維新擔當原作，繪製過「神力契約者M&Y」等作品的曉月明負責作畫。作品講述了箱庭學園一年級生的少女黑神目瀧——完美的學生會長，根據選舉公約設置了意見箱，和青梅竹馬人吉善吉、阿久根高貴、喜界島楓夏等一起解決學生問題的同時，逐漸接觸了由箱庭學園理事長不知火褲所創立的「玻璃瓶計劃」——希望聚集異常者而製造出「可以成為天才」的技術，於是學生會與異常、超異常、過負荷、惡平等等的存在便不斷展開的故事

1.视频使用日版BD压制,画质叫美版BD会好不少,因为第二季相比第一季而言,即使关闭Mbtree也不会有很大体积,所以压制方针做了很大的改变(其实第一季如果我现在做也会改变方针)。
2.音轨除开日版Menu均采用的是美版24bit音轨,除开NCED之外有对白的SP全部内封英文字幕,其中第一集在日版BD中有一条数字部分换成对白的音轨,和这个部分做标注的日文字幕。
3.PV和CM在美版BD中是做成了一个视频文件的合集,我为了切下来音轨和字幕匹配日版一个一个的分离视频,用了两个小时才算搞定,因为基本上PV和CM没有超过90秒,而且大多数都是30秒以内,再加上前黑长度不同,简直累死。
4.CD包括OP,ED,OST和BD的特典CD,其中OP的CD因为没有人放流DVDISO所以我这里只有VOB档,扫图也是通常盘的。
